New York Lottery Sweet Million "Bunnies"

This is so cute! I couldn't work out what the ad was for until the end though. Were the bunnies trained to do all that? Was sedatives involved? Photoshop? I would love to see a making of for this commercial!

The Symbolism of Rabbits and Hares

Terri Windling's article about documents rabbit and hare mythology from Buddhist cave temple in China to the British Isles.

Windling presented hare and rabbit stories from around the world. I remember childhood folklore about the hare in the moon making pills of longevity and keeping company with the lady on the moon.

She also noted literature on rabbits such as The Tale of Peter Rabbit by Beatrix Potter, the white rabbit from Alice in Wonderland, Watership Down by Richard Adams and Thumper from Bambi...

I am going to make a cross stitch of Thumper the little rabbit.

The Symbolism of Rabbits and Hares is a part of the journal in The Endicott Studio of Mythic Arts.
